the premier foodservice networking organisation

Established in 2008, the MIDAS Network is dedicated to fostering growth and collaboration among foodservice group operators and suppliers. The network’s annual events programme provides an unparalleled opportunity for operators to join forces with peers and suppliers, enabling them to enhance their food offer through the exchange of ideas and expertise. This unique platform provides a chance for suppliers to connect and build valuable working relationships with operators, creating a mutually beneficial environment for all stakeholders involved.

PREVIOUS MIDAS NETWORK ATTENDEES

I have been involved in the MIDAS Network from the very start, and have experienced a significant boost in my career, and professional achievements. Being part of the MIDAS Network has long been a privilege and a pleasure. We view MIDAS very much as extended family and friends, we connect regularly with like-minded operators and suppliers in our network, discuss industry topics, challenges and innovate. MIDAS has helped boost my hospitality connections and bring both quality and innovation to M&B. The MIDAS Network is a must if you’re looking to thrive in hospitality.
— Dan Wilkes - Divisional Food Development Manager (City Division), Mitchells & Butlers
To be acknowledged for menu innovation, representing The Alchemist, at the MIDAS Awards was an honour. It was topped off by being rewarded with a culinary experience to Miami which inspired dishes such as “The Cubano Sanguich” from Little Havana, which is on our current menu. The MIDAS Network has provided introductions that have enabled me to build new relationships within our supply chain
— Seamus O'Donnell - Culinary Director, The Alchemist
