WHO CAN ENTER THE MIDAS AWARDS?

The MIDAS Awards are open to all operators within the Foodservice industry. Whether you are a Development Chef, Head of Food or Procurement Manager, any representative from a Foodservice operator is welcome to enter.

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES?

The closing date for entries is Friday 7th February 2025.

CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY?

Absolutely. You can enter whichever categories are relevant to you.

CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONE MENU INTO EACH CATEGORY?

Yes. As long as you have different menus, for different brands, you can enter each category multiple times.

CAN I ENTER ON BEHALF OF SOMEBODY ELSE, AND GIVE THEM CREDIT?

Yes. If you enter a menu on behalf of a colleague, you are welcome to add a note to tell us their name and job title. You may also add a note if there is no specific person for whom to give credit to. If this is not specified, the entry will be made in your name.

WHAT DO THE WINNERS OF THE MIDAS AWARDS RECEIVE?

The MIDAS Awards winners will receive a trophy, presented to them at our Awards Dinner on 27th February. They will also win a place on our annual MIDAS Chicago Insight Tour on 16th to 20th May 2025. For more information about this trip, please click here.

CAN I ATTEND THE MIDAS AWARDS ON 27TH FEBRUARY?

Absolutely. We hold our Menu Forum and MIDAS Awards as a whole-day event, which will be on Thursday 27th February 2025 at The Eastside Rooms, Birmingham. You can register to attend by clicking here. Places are available for all UK Foodservice operators, and are totally free. Each place includes overnight accommodation.

Award entries are now closed for the 2025 MIDAS Awards. Judging is currently taking place and the shortlist will be announced on soon, with winners being crowded at the Menu Forum & MIDAS Awards event on Thursday 27th February.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Judging for the MIDAS Awards will begin once entries have closed in January 2025. Our team of independent, mystery judges will be looking for menus that meet clear objectives, alongside effective implementation.
